Terrible customer service. Was waiting over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. They didn't make eye contact, purposely looking away. Then, when we asked, we got a very rude response and they they carried on ignoring the customers. There were over 10+ customers waiting and no one was being served.

Thank you to the lovely pharmacist in Lichfield Tesco who took my blood pressure the other day as I was picking up a prescription. She was concerned enough to have me placed on 24 monitoring. She took a good deal of time to explain the process to me and even called me during the day to check that the monitoring equipment was working as it should be. People like this don?t get enough credit for the valuable service that they provide, but I would just like to say thank you to this pharmacist (sorry I don?t know the lady?s name) I would urge all those eligible to take advantage of this free opportunity to identify potential health problems before they become a real issue.

Lost my script for the second time in a year! When trying to address with staff informed i must be lying and advised to use a different pharmacy. I have never been treated so rudely in my life!

Been with Tesco for years, never had an issue. Always receive quick and friendly service. All staff are very kind and check up on how I?m getting in when I visit.

Do not waste your time. Extremely controlling and restrictive pharmacist. He would not allow me to buy a small box of co-codamol for my father's eachache, despite him being in extreme pain and me explaining that normal pain killers are not working. Pharmacist said he didn't want to sell it for earache. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. I went to boots instead who were fine selling it to me for earache. I've also just done a simple Google search and on the Solpadeine website they said it's perfectly fine to use solpadeine max for earache!

Went to get my antibiotics 20 mins before they shut due to bank holiday and it?s where the hospital told me to go. Get there and they?ve got the antibiotics in stock just in one tablet form of 500mg and not 2 tablets 250mg and refused to even help. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for my antibiotics even though I have two ear infections! Absolutely shocking.

Disappointed they didn't have stock of a standard antibiotic given the size and buying power of Tesco. It was not out of stock everywhere else as they suggested and I got it easily from Boots Pharmacy who had plentiful stock. Staff were pleasant and obliging - Tesco need to get their act together regarding their supply chain.

We used another pharmacy for years. They never had our medication and after having waited the 7 days then said they couldn't get it ? so we moved our prescription request to tesco pharmacy. Never been let down. They go above and beyond, I needed an urgent prescription my mom and they sorted within 10 minutes..Wouldn't go anywhere else.
