Worked briefly here . Health and safety non existent.Everyone in a hurry trying to get virtually impossible pick rate.I struggled even though I was going at speed.People reversing down pick aisles and parking where your trying to pick from, crashing llops into each other.Surprised no major accidents.I tried to be safe not only for myself but others,shame others didn't think the same way.Its all about figures for the managers etc.. The one supplier lane is queuing out onto the road, the telephone number for this RDC takes you to some customer service agent at headquarters who can?t get through to the Lichfield site and the goods in button on the screen goes to voicemail.When I finally got in to the site I provided respectful constructive feedback to the office only to be met with blank stares and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR THE SITE.TESCO SORT YOUR SITE OUT AS DRIVERS WILL START PHONING THE POLICE MOVING FORWARDS WHEN WE END UP BLOCKING THE ROUNDABOUT OUTSIDE YOUR RDC!

Very good place to work. The only problem is that these people watch the performance. If your performance is not up to the mark, they fire you .

I am working with them but the main drawback is that the shift gets over early everyday . So, I recommend that do not join tesco. They are harassing day by day. Its pay rate is good but the main reason is they give only 4-5 hours for work which directly effect on the sallary. The work is hard and they give no leniency. All-in-all it is waste of time. Time is directly proportional to money. Some of the employees are soo rude and they don?t have manner to talk.

I am working with tesco last two months but nowadays everyday early finish old employees work 6 hours and new ones 5 hours or 4.I like this job but I am working for money. If they are not working and evening shift early start and morning shift finish early on 12 o clock everyday as well as some people are get overtime.

In the tesco work is very comfortable for us, I would proud to part of it but last 3 to 4 days they are finished their shif very early. So request to all please check this issue for us. Thanks

Hi all. 1 and a half years ago I worked in the Tesco warehouse through the Perptems agency. the recruiter there is Miss Irina. Miss Irina commits a great abuse by refusing people's registrations at the permanent agency under the pretext that they had an unsatisfactory job. I checked everywhere and this law does not exist. recently several people tried to register with this agency. but they refused to go because her attitude left much to be desired.

Terrible place to deliver. Drivers waiting area is a disgrace. Holes, rips and dirty seats. Usually 2-3 hours for tip.

They lie to you in control office when you ask about unloading status. I have been coming here for years but I never felt this wronged in all this time and they are getting worse and worse to the point now where they lie too you.

Drivers have to sit in the transport office , on scruffy torn worn out seats . Long wait times 2-3plus hours . Worse DC I've been to.
