Specsavers picked up a cataract, referred me for treatment with the nhs who dealt with me promptly and efficiently. Follow up by Specsavers was excellent. The ophthalmologist explained everything clearly and offered me reassurance.

I attended Specsave, Lichfield with a concern about my eye.
Every member if staff during my visit was friendly. The optician Mr Patel completed a thorough examination and explained everything clearly. He immediately referred me to the eye hospital where I received treatment for a torn retina which Mr Patel had seen. The hospital stated had I not gone to the opticians and had he not done such a good job with referring me my condition would have deteriorated and worsened.

Great optician service and looked forwarded to my designer glasses .
But I had to go back 3 times as they were nt properly checked on collection then had the same guy the second time . Still not right so on the 3 rd visit a knowledgeable lady readjusted them and left me feeling confident that the glasses would be okay .
Never had to return that many times when ordering new glasses

I had an eye test recently. The staff are always friendly and explain what they are doing, and giving advice, and most of all listening to the customer.
Very good selection of glasses and very quick professional service.

Very thorough eye health test. I moved away from Specsavers a few years ago when they stopped offering Ray Ban frames, and would not fit lenses to frames purchased elsewhere. They will now fit lenses to Ray Bans purchased elsewhere, so I?ve returned, as I feel their eye tests are amongst the best available.

Lichfield Specsavers is brilliant, a friendly smile and welcome greets you on entry.
Excellent optician is Mr Anish Bajaj, whose great expertise is matched by a patient and caring nature, conducted my eye test.
Sharna was so kind and helped with choosing my frames, Kate dispensed, Suja fitted my new glasses and very recently Bernie added new nose protectors on my reading glasses while l waited . Stars all. Thank you all so much.
