Today I witnessed a member of your staff help a customer around the shop whilst doing their daily shopping. Carrying the basket and helping to pick items.
Staff member then took the shopping to the till to be scanned in.
This is PHENOMENAL service, and I hope management see this and commend the staff for such behaviour.
Would you receive this level of service at a supermarket? ABSOLUTELY NOT

Visit most mornings for my coffee & always fill up here. Staff especially the gentleman who works most week says and not Sundays is amazing! (Forgive me don?t have his name) he is Chatty, goes above and beyond, & makes every morning visit a pleasure.

Very RUDE staff!!! came in to get bkfast as a regular Esso customer. The moment I got out the cab I was confronted by a Indian member of staff who was verbally aggressive telling me ? if you don?t want fuel move on we only have 2 pumps? they was telling people to leave if they only want to use the shop! Shocking!!! when I questions him he shouted back ? don?t mess with me your on privet land!!! ? I told him to stop talking to me and carried on in to the shop where the other staff was very helpful.. however this Indian guy then started following me around the shop raising he?s voice sticking he?s mobile in my face in front of other customers who also wasn?t impressed by this guys behaviour.. this has to be one of the worst sites Iv visited in 32 years of professional driving. Very unwelcoming and hostile. complained to head

I tried to fill up here. Twice i found cones closing off the station. I then phoned and they said they were open but had to go round back of shop and for this closed whole petrol station off??!!. On my third visit on same day i finally got petrol. This is not a one off. A third of the time i try here they have cones out closing whole of station. They are overpriced by at least 5p compared to others in area. I only go here if im desperate. The management have not business brain i have never seen other petrol stations close for somebody going round the back. Why not put up a sign on door im fine to wait another few minutes if u wanna go round back than drive back countless times.
