A massive thank you to Mandy and Jodie for their excellent customer service. I needed some documents printed and bound at short notice and they managed to sort it out for me. In comparison, the Ryman Sutton Coldfield branch accepted my order and cancelled it two hours later. Will always go to Lichfield now moving forward.

Selection of diaries is not as good as it used to be. Nearest car parking costs a minimum of £1, so I probably should've purchased from Amazon and saved some money!

When review suggestions come up on my phone, I sometimes wonder how I can rate one different to another.... like a McDonald's or a Morrisons etc.. where there is (I'm sure) a corporate 'standard'.. but the difference is often the staff. At Rymans in Lichfield, the staff are exceptional.. always happy to help, always pleasant... thank you.. ?
