My wife and myself stayed at Blue Waters from the 7th February to the 21st February 2024. We had been to Antigua twice before staying at another property that we both loved. However we decided to try somewhere else and we challenged Robert Broad to find something just as good. Their choice of Blue Waters was excellent. It is a beautiful resort and apart from all the things you would expect like great food, good accommodation, good entertainment etc. the highlight was the people, they were just so helpful and friendly, I have found that throughout the Caribbean to a large extent but this was beyond anything else. 6 days into our stay my wife slipped on a step, no fault of anyone just an accident but everyone at Blue Waters were just excellent, they couldn't do enough for us. It involved a 14 hour stay in hospital and they made contact with the staff to ensure we had the best treatment and even brought me some food from the resort. Once we were back in the resort again couldn't do enough, whenever they saw her in her sling they went out of their way to help, excellent. Throughout this the local rep was very good making enquiries and Robert Broad helped me enormously when I was considering flying home early. You never want these things to happen in a strange country on holiday however they do and what you then need is the best care, that's what we got. Thanks to everyone.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service. Clare at RB Collection put together an amazing itinerary for us within our date constraints. All information was clearly laid out both in online portal and hard copies posted just before trip. Excellent support available if needed while away.A truly magical trip to Sweden to the Ice Hotel and Tree Hotel! So glad we picked RB Collection - this was a one-off trip of a lifetime and it truly was amazing!

RB Collection were very easy to work with. Nathan helped us put together a holiday to Costa Rica for 4 of us. We had a wonderful time, all the hotels and experiences were fantastic and everything went smoothly. We saw so many amazing animals and each area of the country was vastly different. The Costa Rican people were so friendly and welcoming they did everything they could to make the holiday special.Lastly a special mention to Nathan as when I had health issues he moved our holiday from the start to the end of the year which involved a lot of work and was managed in a very professional manner making it so I did not need to worry.I have no hesitation in using RB Collection again, can't wait to plan another holiday with them.

RB Collection has organised four amazing holidays for us - two to Australia, a road trip in New Zealand and most recently a trip to Hawaii, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Yosemite and Carmel. We have loved planning these trips with Oliver, whose knowledge and enthusiasm is brilliant. Every detail was just spot on, from flights, transport, hotels and additional tours. We have seen and experienced so many beautiful and interesting places and Oliver has always made sure our love of nature and wonderful scenery is at the centre of our holidays. I cannot speak highly enough of my recent holiday in Chile, arranged by RB Collection. The scenery and wildlife were exactly what I hoped for and the accommodation and transportation arrangements were superb. The guides and drivers in Chile were helpful, efficient and prompt. All the local arrangements worked smoothly. The recommended hotels and estancias were excellent and I undoubtedly ate too much as a result. The planning by Nathan Collins was very thorough and detailed, and the arrangements were well coordinated with assistance from Oliver Broad. All the components fell into place very smoothly and I had a wonderful time.

RB travel have been superb in tailoring journeys and holidays to our needs , requirements . Three years ago during Covid Nathan re arrange flights found flights which brought us home safe and sound from New Zealand . Now planning a further trip as relative in NZ very poorly , he has put in time and effort to find journey times that suit in busy months of travel to NZ . I booked via RB Collection as I was looking fjr a trusted agent to book a bucket list trip to Italy to see Andrea Boccelli. The derive from the start was first class and the team were exceptional in the support provided and helping to arrange a tailored trip. They suggested a beautiful hotel in the Tuscan countryside which was exactly what we were looking for, The hotel staff, the food, etc were all fantastic. We were very well looked after by our driver who took us to the concert. Everything was very well organised and we did t have to worry about a thing! I?ll definitely be using RB Collection again (and be visiting Tuscany again!), thank you all!

Thank you Oliver, Kayleigh and the RB team for a truly memorable holiday and outstanding customer service. We are just back from five days in Florence, Italy, which included seeing Andrea Bocelli in concert, in the magical outdoor setting of ?Teatro del Silenzio? in his hometown of Lajatico. Although myself and my husband know Florence well, for this trip we were accompanying my parents - both in their 80s and who hadn?t been abroad for some time. Booking with RB meant we felt safe and confident, knowing the team were there for us if we needed assistance. Flights, all transfers, concert tickets and the event itself, plus accommodation at Hotel Santa Maria Novella (superb central location!) were all excellent and very well organised. Excellent service Oliver kept us informed at every stage. The transfers were so very smooth and so easy. The hotel location was perfect ideally situated to see all the sights. Would highly recommend using RB.
