Ideal if you are making a visit to Lichfield for a day or two. Very clean, staff very helpful although one male member of the staff was trying to hurry us out of breakfast, which was not appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. RecommendedRooms: Spacious and cleanNearby activities: Town centre, Restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and CathedralWalkability: Everything in easy reachFood & drinks: You can eat at the Premier Inn or go to any of the fabulous eating places nearby

Parking very close and £4 for 24 hours, pleasant checking in staff, Room okay only 1 towel, shower curtain only covered half of the rail leading to wet floor, a lot of mould around the windows, extremely hot in room as can not open window and poor air con, also try not to get a road side room as boy Racers up and down the street with loud music and exhausts.

The staff are not that helpful and we didn't have the meal deal because there was restrictions on breakfast of 30 minute slots, it's not the first time in a Premier Inn we've had problems with the Resturant. The room only had one towel for two of us and the place seemed to have a shortage of tea bags, thankfully it was only for a couple of nights.

Was made to feel very welcome by Claire. She was lovely the moment I walked through the door. Even chatted with me in the restaurant which was really nice as I was on my own. Paddy the chef also cooked me an amazing evening meal and a superb dessert. Thank you Claire & Paddy! You made a 3 and a half hour trip for business worth the while.Rooms: Rooms are very cleanSafety: Felt very safe, elevator access only works with your key card.Walkability: Easy to walk to. Parking is offsite but only a 2 minute walk.Food & drinks: 2 course meal and a drink as part of my stay. Breakfast included. Didn't have time to try the breakfast but the evening meal was lovely.

Excellent hotel position in Lichfield. Had to phone a couple of times before we were going to check on parking and drop off points for a disabled person and each time receptionist was most helpful each time. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and well presented, staff were most helpful. Will certainly use this hotel again.

Does what it says on the tin, and does it well. Convenient location just off the main restaurants and shops area, the team is lovely, rooms are quiet and comfy beds. Perfect for a couple of days.

Would possibly stay at this venue again.Very conveniently situated right near to the town centre.Booked online directly with Premier Inn on the day of my stay.Needed to have clearer directions on where to park,as this venue does not have its own car park.Rooms: Booked an accessible room with a wet room which was one of the largest wet rooms I have ever seen. The bedroom was also very big and had all the facilities I needed, such as a large television,Wi-fi etc.Food & drinks: Can't comment on the food as, disappointingly, the kitchen was closed for the evening and no food was available (apart from a vending machine selling crisps etc).Noteworthy details: I needed to charge my mobile phone, but the USB connection located in the middle console underneath the television did not work with my charger lead.I rang reception in the morning and spoke to a female on reception who brought me a plug in charger which solved the problem.Very good service!!

The staff at this Premier Inn are an absolute credit. They are so friendly and hard working. The location of the hotel is great, with parking right next door a bonus. For a city centre hotel you could want nothing more.We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 8 years but unfortunately will not be staying again until Premier Inn give it the refurb it desperately needs.I have contacted Premier Inn directly on a previous stay to raise concerns about the rooms but to date have received no response. The rooms are tired with various issues. Different rooms we have stayed in have mould around the windows, they smell damp, the carpets need replacing and the bathroom fittings are in need of replacing.Alot of these issues are down to the complete lack of ventilation in the rooms.

I just stayed two nights at this hotel with my husband and two children. It?s the third time we stayed at this place and staff has been consistently and incredibly friendly and helpful. I am specially impressed and thankful towards Tracey, at breakfast, who always welcomed us with a big smile although we were always the last ones arriving for breakfast. She even made pancakes for the children (photo) And Jo who has been here at all the times we stayed and is always so positive and friendly. They make a big difference to our stay and make us look forward to comeback.
