Staff was very helpful at shop, helped sort out a problem that I'd tried to sort out over the phone, spoke to customer service 4 times and they couldn't get it right so went to the shop and they sorted it out no problem

Have tried phoning this shop several times and they don't answer the phone, managed to get them to answer the phone once and they put the phone down, and they aren't always busy

I had tried to contact O2 by phone, which was positively traumatic! Went into the Lichfield store and saw Matt, he was just brilliant. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. Cancelled my newly decreased husband's phone without a fuss, and just so kindly. Thanks Matt.

Great customer service at this store I was having problems with o2 online and on phone and all of the agents was not sorting out my problem that I had for weeks . Ricky the adviser at this store was so helpful and got my cancellation sorted over the phone and backed my case. Ricky also sorted out some boardband for us and gave us the best deal for us and some hopful intformation . Thank you for helping me today , Ricky should definitely get a bonus or a pay rise ??

Before visiting the store, I have spent several hours on the phone trying to cancel an unwanted contract. I have eventually gave up but luckily the gentleman on the other end of the phone has advised me visiting the local store instead. Matt at Lichfield store was very helpful at sorting my issue for me. Very friendly and welcoming lad. Very satisfied with my visit to store. Thank you.

Went in to the O2 shop yesterday. Was served by a young lady called Cloe.
She showed me so much patience. And explained everything in a way I could understand.
This young lady is a credit to O2.
