Hard to park , regularly shop here ,can be very busy and not enough cashier on , seems to rely on self serve but if you have alcohol best to go to cashier tills

Two things knocked their score down for me. On entry, there were no baskets. Asking the security guy about it, he fetched one for me. I'm disabled and can't walk long distances. As much as I appreciated the basket, why only fetch one when others would need baskets as well. The second is the self-serve tills. I waited 5 minutes to get something age approved as there was another till with an issue. They need a second person in this area as the length is too much for one person when at busy times.

We have visited the cafe twice in a month now. The food is lovely, shame it sits under the heaters for too long. The staff are trying to serve on the till, take food to tables and do food take away at the same time!! Customers should not be left standing at the till waiting for someone to take their orders. People were walking out.

I was not impressed with the breakfast from the cafe. Everything cooked in a chip Fryer. Including the bacon. Absolutely disgusting. I understand this is fairly cheap but come on a little effort dont cost a lot.

Lovely staff and surroundings. Great to relax in cafe before shopping. Been coming many years on and off , last went today, 16.10.24 . lovely lady with short dark hair served us , so friendly and went out to us all that were eating asking us bout our meals and having lovely chat . She knows who she is , as she recommended the sausages egg chips n beans meal as I couldn't make my mind up. Was delicious X
