Shocking. Food arrived cold and was missing items. Phone doesn't work, tried 3 times across 10 minutes, no answer. No excuse for the cold food, it's a 10 minute drive and the driver was not slow, so McDonald's must have packaged us old food.
Absolutely disgraceful. Will never order from here again.

DON'T ORDER USING UBEREATS
Twice now out of three orders I've had missing items or someone else's order. They don't answer the phone to hear my concerns and UberEats don't allow me to escalate it, get a refund or what I ordered - they just suggested I leave a bad review, so that's what I'm doing.

Waiting so long for my order, the poor young girl left alone to try and bag up and serve customers, when someone finally came to try and help her, the assistant manger pulled them off to continue on their station and stand there and do nothing, food sat there for over 15 minutes. Finally when I got to my work the order was incorrect Saturday 7th December 8:20am.

Called whilst travelling to a conference in Birmingham, early Sunday afternoon. Worst Macdonald's ever visited. Ladies toilets out of order, and staff toilet 'unavailable'. Extremely slow service, and the food was cold, cold not warm! We were cold too, as the entrance door permanently open, on a very cold day!
Gangs of young lads and youths ( 13-16?) vaping at the table behind us, inside!!
Staff didn't seem bothered, and just said ' it happens'!
A total disgrace for a 'restaurant', and I used that term very loosely.
Zero stars if I could give it.?.

Kid-friendliness: Very good for children staff are lovely towards children with free balloons.

I was overjoyed to have my meal brought to my table today by a lovely and polite girl with downs syndrome she was being supported by her colleague and I had a lovely interaction with her. I dont often visit Mcdonalds but can honestly say this alone makes me want to visit more. The food was fresh and tasty. It's lovely to see large corporations upholding core British Values and working within our communities.
