I chose John German to sell my brother?s house based on how distinctive their For Sale sign is, a weak reason you may think but instinctively it looks right to me. I?m glad I went with them, very professional, very friendly and very responsive. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The house was sold pretty quickly too. The one role they provide is a Sales Progressor, in our case it was Stephen, to my mind this is what sped up the process, contacting all parties, pushing and pulling information between solicitors and buyer and seller. Other mention has to go all the staff at the Lichfield branch, Britney & Matilda especially who I dealt with a lot, I?m sorry if I?ve not mentioned any others but you were all excellent.

When I instructed John German I was fortunate in hitting the jackpot, the ?Jessica Winter Jackpot?.Within a week Jessica had a list of possible tenants for my property, within three days she had whittled them down to one! Oh?.and this was without even promoting my property online!The tenant that she put to me for my three bed semi was a young lady with a dog, perfect. I was very impressed by the service provided by John German for selling a property in Lichfield. Everything was handled efficiently at each stage of of the selling process. The valuation of the house was fair considering the market conditions and once we had decided to use Germans, the property was placed on the marketing websites promptly. Consequently, we were able to secure a buyer within a couple of weeks. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and I am very happy to recommend them. We can wholeheartedly recommend John German Lichfield office. They gave the most helpful and thoughtful initial sales valuation and we did not hesitate to appoint them. We had requested accompanied viewings, which they carried out very professionally and were prompt in giving us feedback. Once we had accepted an offer, Britney kept us completely up-to-date throughout the sale, which really helped to allay any concerns we had. Issues and delays did happen at times and we had every confidence that Britney was intensely chasing the parties involved to get us back on track. She really did go the extra mile right through to completion and we cannot thank her enough for her hard work, dedication and helpfulness throughout. Well done John German!

John German helped us market our rental, arranged viewings and referenced applicants for us - our new tenant has just moved in and the process was made really simple by the team at John German. Having used another agency in the past and not having a very good experience with them it was reassuring to use JG and feel they had our best interests at heart. My only minor gripe was the cost to replace 1 smoke alarm (out of 3 at the property) as it was not working but they insisted it had to be done that day meaning we didn't have the opportunity to replace it ourselves cheaper. However aside from this would use them in the future.
