“Nicky and Mike were absolute stars this morning with my wife, she needed to have her Engagement and Wedding Ring cut off after they became stuck on and we couldn’t remove them any other way, Mike saw us straight away and was such a gentleman and reassured my wife that everything would be okay, he worked perfectly and had the rings off in no time!
