I went today about early lunch time and had a bad experience. The staff member was rude and no empathy when I said I have health issues I have serious health issues. She said don't we all. What an attitude. She needs restraining or a new job not with customers. She told me I could not have more than fifty out my account per day because I had no id at the time. Though a birth certificate wasn't enough and bills. Okay I understand I lost my card so was waiting for another and couldn't have more than fifty. It's the lack of empathy when I've hospital tests soon for a serious disease which I mentioned and no response. I have complained to head office so she will be seen about this.

Closed my help to buy ISA with them previously. I needed the closing statement from them. They sent it to print, but it didn't come out. They couldn't reprint it apparently, so I had to wait for it in the post, almost caused the collapse of our house purchase, until someone knocked on my house saying it was in with their documents. Thanks for giving my closing statement to someone else :----) Terrible service.

Just had a meeting with Abby about fraudulent use of my card. Forget the "extra miles", Abby went an extra 5 miles to get it sorted out. What an asset she is to the branch.

I hate to leave bad reviews. There are major issues with this branch. 1. No name tags ever ? Mcdonalds have name tags ? 2. Ineffective customer segmentation to cash machines 3. Staff rotation around busy period(Lunch time) maybe if you start youâ??re staff lunch periods earlier then you would have the correct staffing levels at peak times. 4. Customer experience is awful at this branch. I think the manager needs to be retrained
