We are Plus members and we visit for our complimentary coffees every month, usually pick up a bargain on plants, browse the Waitrose for some treats for tea, and stock up on books and craft items for our children from The Works. The staff throughout the store are friendly and pleasant to deal with, offering advice on plant care where appropriate. My husband and I always leave happy with our visit.
