“I have been with Colin Lee Opticians for years now, first with the Birmingham Branch and then with the Lichfield Branch.I can be useless at keeping within the recommended time frame for having sight tests, however, after noticing a difference recently I got myself booked in and was seen within a few days.After having my sight test (the most thorough I have ever had) I was asked to return a few days later to repeat one of the tests.Given I'm not a medical professional I was quite anxious about the issue, however, after noticing my anxiety the optician helped ease my worry by patiently explaining everything in a non jargon way.I must also note how polite and helpful the ladies on reception are.A really lovely team!!Thank you”
