Can?t believe this place has a four star food rating.
We visited today reluctantly after everywhere else in the City was full. The young girl on the front of house was really nice and friendly so that?s the only thing I would give a 10 for.
The girl preparing the food was touching the food with her bare hands, hot food picking chips up and putting on peoples plates, fish fingers handled with no utensils then off to touch the cold food and while doing this she would touch her hair and proceed to wipe her nose.
Just what you want when you?re eating out. Disgusting and totally unacceptable. I watched her make our sandwiches and thankfully if she had done any of those things they would have gone back.
Certainly won?t return.

Bad quality food- sorry but those cheap sausages are inedible. Such a shame as this place used to be lovely.

A busy Sunday in Lichfield and they were running around like loonies, but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, especially the veggie soup. Really reasonably priced too.

The premises itself are cramped and noisy but clean. The staff, kitchen, and front of house came across as tired and put-on, but service was efficient and accurate.
We enjoyed our food, with the sausage sandwich being especially liked; so much so that we took another one to go. The drinks were disappointing. One had a lemon tea, which tasted mainly if lemon cordial with no tea prenet at all, and another of us had an espresso, which did not taste of much.
Will be back for another sausage sandwich, though.

Stopped off here for full English breakfast. It was superb! Well cooked and great ingredients. The service was very good to!

Ten of us reserved a table for lunch. Food came out together and was piping hot. Prices are very good value and would definitely go back and try the full English breakfast next time.

Fantastic warm freindly couldn't do enough food fantastic and I asked if less oily and the lady said no problem fantastic and they take care of you recommended
A bit higher price but can't fault breakfast or the staff and very welcoming and relaxing

We were going to eat here, but I'm afraid the service was offhand, even surly, and the atmosphere non-existent. The menu was very ordinary, same old same old, we ste next door instead!
