I have been with Colin Lee Opticians for years now, first with the Birmingham Branch and then with the Lichfield Branch.I can be useless at keeping within the recommended time frame for having sight tests, however, after noticing a difference recently I got myself booked in and was seen within a few days.After having my sight test (the most thorough I have ever had) I was asked to return a few days later to repeat one of the tests.Given I'm not a medical professional I was quite anxious about the issue, however, after noticing my anxiety the optician helped ease my worry by patiently explaining everything in a non jargon way.I must also note how polite and helpful the ladies on reception are.A really lovely team!!Thank you

I received a flyer regarding Colin Lee a few weeks ago. As I needed an eye test I decided I would pop along.I?m so glad I did.I have had a standard eye and contact lens test and even bought some new spectacles. The service and all of the staff members are second to none.If you want to be treated like an individual then do go along. The service is wonderful and a far cry from the dreadful ?battery hen? service you get from the high street chains.

I have used Colin Lee Lichfield for many years, every visit is always met with high standards of customer care thanks to Elaine & Tim. Myself and my family have had new glasses ( Thankyou Tim) and contact lens supplies recently which we are very happy with. My teenage son popped in for a collection and he was impressed with Elaine?s high level of service. Thankyou Lichfield.
