Writing this after the first sip - one of the best hazelnut lattes I've had. Milk and temp spot on, lovely syrup, and coffee with a kick to it.
Great service too! Not a bad spot at all to have 2 mins away from home.

The food and coffee here are always fantastic. The staff are super friendly. When I visited today I was having a stressful week and the manager must have sensed this as he gave me a free coffee which really made my day.

This is my favorite coffee spot so far—so cozy, with a great variety of pastries throughout the year. I love how they make my matcha latte with coconut milk, and I always enjoy reading a book while I'm there.
