Shocking quality of products and staff that are unprofessional and don't understand trading standards. Totally messed me about, really poor experience. Wasted too much time with them, would never use again. Advise you not to bother with them. To CEX management, you need to do some proper training of your staff at this site.

I'd really like to thank Jake and Dan who were so amazingly helpful when returning a console that I had purchased at the beginning of October, which had an issue with overheating.
They helped resolve and replace the console so quickly and efficiently. Even going the extra mile in returning a game that I had forgotten to take out of the console was no trouble at all to them.
Fantastic customer service and made my experience in store so pleasant.
Well done guys you're a credit to Cex!

I go to return an obviously bad gamecube controller (buttons hard to use and stick drift) I have to wait 45 minutes just for a check and also had to go back 2 times I had to bike over 16km in a day just to sort this out and they just kept saying no horrible service

Son bought 2 games, 2023 fifa and a racing one. Good quality games and nice staff. Parking was close by.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I've been here a couple of times now to sell items I don't need any more, it's just hassle free once they test the items you can choose to sell them or not, cash or bank transfer payment upon you deciding to sell, parking is cheap and easy - just round the corner and I've had absolutely no issues with the whole process with them. Can sometimes have unreasonable prices, but other than that, it's fine. Games and films are very neatly organised into console and then alphabetically. Hardware is also displayed quite neatly.
