“Today I witnessed a member of your staff help a customer around the shop whilst doing their daily shopping. Carrying the basket and helping to pick items.
Staff member then took the shopping to the till to be scanned in.

This is PHENOMENAL service, and I hope management see this and commend the staff for such behaviour.
