Absolutely appalling service at one point only myself in there but the staff just kept chatting to each other another customer came in and said it was a disgusting service and walked out .staff need to be more customer friendly I hope I never have to use this shop again very poor iv never in my life had to wait to be served for so long.

Couldn't get my repeat prescription. Went into well pharmacy derby street leek. The young lady was so helpful. Got my prescription straight away. Also gave me the information how I need to get my renewal. Wonderful red hair. Thank you so much for your help

This pharmacy and the pharmacist who.s in chsrge there now has made an big improvement greatly since my last review so i have deleted that one and written and posted this one. staff are nice and they always seem to have the meds in stock whereas other chemists seem to dither and pratt about. pleased and impressed

Drum Roll. It's a chemist. I occasionally go in to buy things off the shelves or from behind the counter. Don't lunge in and help yourself though. Assistance is available for restricted productsI have noticed with pharmaceutical reviews that anyone who has ever had a prescription mistake in a high street chemist seems keen to shout out loud that the dispensary should immediately lose their licenceStrange

Had numerous problems...ordering me wrong meds/not ordering meds I asked for...staff friendly, but appalling service!
