The staff in this store are very good. We have booked 3 cruises/holidays with Pat & she is so knowledgeable as she been on cruises herself. She advises and answers all our queries no matter how complex. She keeps in regular contact by phone & email. Just before we travel she rings to check if we need any help & offers to print off all the relevant documentation. So reassuring to have this help.

Exceptional service as always from the ladies in Leek TUI shop. I visited today and was assisting by Tracey for the second time this week. She, as do all of the staff, go over and above to make sure that the holiday that we book is the right one for us. Answering all of my questions and giving recommendations to suit our needs. Visited TUI Leek recently looking for a family holiday for 4 and the service we received from Hayley was fantastic. We had a number of requirements for our trip and Hayley was extremely knowledgeable andhelpful with sound advice. She helped to make the whole booking process easy and we'll definitely go back to TUI Leek to book our holidays in the future.

Visited Tui in Leek with quite a list of specific requests which didnt faise Tracy one bit . She searched and searched and found the perfect holiday for me and my friend and all needs were met .The team also contirbuted . They are all a credit to your company
