Perfect location for Leek Town centre. Walking distance to everything you need. Room clean and comfortable. Paying for parking was a bit of a pain....
Rooms: Hole in window frame allowed awful noise from air con units outside all night long. Bathroom extractor also very noisy. Bed was comfy though so did sleep.

Brilliant stay stayed in premier plus room 311 only negative was fan running all night in ducting above door even with heating off apart from that room perfect from mini fridge with bottled water to coffee machine. We had evening meal in restaurant and got to say Ollie was the most professional and pleasant server we have ever had serve us hes a credit to the establishment. We also had breakfast and once again the food was good quality and breakfast staff very attentive by far the best premier We have stayed in

The service at the Leek PI beats all the others, in my experience. From the best cooked eggs and breakfast ever, to the friendly welcome at the desk and efficient help. It makes ALL the difference on a stay. Thank you.
Nearby activities: Alton Towers and access to the Peak District.
Walkability: Right in the centre of town.
Food and drinks: Better than average, by far.

The room was quite dirty. The mirror with light didn't work so the wife couldn't put on her makeup. We were going to a wedding. And even the bathroom had a spotlight not working. Remote for TV had no back on. And the door to the bathroom had hand prints.. so it wasn't sanitised. Overall not very good. Staff on the desk bar etc were brilliant. Had a good laugh with them.

Paul was amazing in helping me and my friend find another hotel when we turned up went and dirty with our bikes without a booking and there were no rooms. I can't say how much we appreciated his help suggesting places, helping us with dinner and offering to help us in general. He is a credit to Premier Inn.

Mark has been superb tonight from booking in, to dealing with antisocial behaviour outside. Communication is second to none from him and he let us know of the offers with food and was talkative and engaging. Made to feel welcome and so friendly in conversation

Have to say we were there three nights, parking a nightmare, really tight spaces, not enough and also people without blue disabled badges were parked in the bays I do think they should be fined for that as cars are photographed when you go in and we witnessed that in leaving this morning, the bay next to ours was disabled and I asked if he did own blue badge and he said no and got into the car and drove off . It was so packed Friday and Sunday evenings, people were parked in the delivery parking space. Also we had no TV working and my partner likes the TV on so three times we had to have member of staff in and whilst he was there I asked him about the heating as the room was very cold my partner is in his 70's with COPD so we had no heating the first night, the next morning we were going to ask someone on reception but there was massive queue of guests and we had someone picking us, so it was late when we got back and room once again was Baltic we had to sleep in our jumpers on Saturday evening so Sunday morning we saw really nice chap and when I spoke to him he said they should of offered us heaters and he would sort it and true to his word when we got back Sunday evening rooms was beautifully warm so thank goodness for him but disappointed in this Premier Inn and we used them all the time
Rooms: We had an accessible room that was spotlessly clean although toilet didn't flush properly which we also reported and was still not flushing properly on leaving
Walkability: On a slope when you come out of hotel and lots of cobbles
Food and drinks: We didn't use facilities
Noteworthy details: It's £7 per night but you need to pick up a slip from reception to scan on the machine near reception/car park

Always love staying at the Premier in Leek. The only thing I would criticise is the windows you can not open them, and the room was sweating.

Great location and really friendly staff. Car park is too the side, some undercover, pay when you leave.
