An old convent building retaining much of the original character near the center of Leek. Run by Emma and Nick a lovely couple who couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious and service spot on. Highly recommended and we'll return to the Peak Weavers some time soon
Food and drinks: Food sourced from local suppliers and well cooked. They have a well stocked bar also

Ideally situated near the town center. Restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. The hotel is a former convent styled very classic british.

A fantastic small hotel in Leek. The owners are lovely people. Breakfast is excellent one of the best I have had in ages whilst travelling. Rooms are imaculate. Great location for the Peak District and Alton Towers. And great value too. Highly recommend.

We stayed here recently for two nights whilst attending a wedding. Great hosts and a lovely breakfast with a good range of options. Our room was a really generous size with a super comfy bed. The hotel is in a good location to walk into Leek.

We stayed at Peak Weavers as a base for Alton Towers, which was perfect as it is a short drive to the park. The hotel is in a quiet area of Leek, a short walk to the high street. The hosts were lovely and had plenty of suggestions for local attractions. The breakfast which was included in our room rate was very tasty and exceeded our expectations. There were continental options as well as a full english or salmon with scrambled eggs. Our room was cozy and there was plenty of space.

We are currently staying here, and are absolutely delighted with our choice. Great Room and fabulous breakfasts .Nick has been a wonderful host with recommendations on restaurants, places do visit and an enthusiasm for the area that is really good to see. We've been to Leek a few times before but never stayed. It's been a joy and we look forward to returning.

Emma and Nick are amazing people. I had the greatest breakfast with smoked salmon and their fresh berries were just perfect. Compulsory experience if you?re headed to visit The Roaches. Nick was an amazing host and brought me there right in front of the gate of the hiking path and Emmy gave me a lift to the train station! They gave me also suggestions of sightseeing and good restaurants (even calling one of them to avoid me to go there and finding the kitchen closed) Unique experience to sleep in a nun?s cell. I fell asleep and having a bath looking to the amazing Rosacea of St. Mary?s church. They have been doing this work for 24 years and they definitely know how to do it. Fantastic food, pleasant rooms and service and lovely people. How could one resist?

We stayed at Peak Weavers for 3 nights and enjoyed a comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The hosts, Nick and Emma were very welcoming, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that we got the best out of our days, suggesting places to visit in Leek and beyond. The rooms were clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though we were in the centre of the town. We were able to leave the car in the guest house car park and walk the short distance to restaurants, pubs and shops.

Excellent wee place for a few days stay over. I stayed in the single room and whilst it was a wee bit dated, it was spotlessly clean and a hearty breakfast served in the morning

Second Time I've stayed, and I wouldn't go anywhere else when visiting Leek. Nick and Emma are charming hosts, and the single room perfectly fine, particularly with the enormous bathroom! Stayed for two days midweek, so couldn't try the evening meals, but judging by my previous stay, I can thoroughly recommend the excellent food and wine. Full English Breakfast superb, with alternatives on offer for those with smaller appetites; looking forward to my next visit

A very pleasant guest house with free parking and tasty breakfast. Leek is a lovely market town, we the proprietors of the Peak Weavers recommended several.Walkability: The town centre is a short walk, and the fact that we had onside parking meant that the car wasn't used all weekend
