I visit NatWest,Leek branch at least twice a month to make payments into my account.\\nThe staff are always helpful, polite and cheery despite the pressure and constant queue.\\nI am extremely grateful that the branch is still open and will continue to use you for my banking needs. Thank you NatWest.

Leek United somewhat superior. Highly recommended for fans of old buildings and long queues. Giving you plenty of time to ruminate at the dismal architecture of the service

At to give 1 star to post this review it's absolutely appalling service. The staff treat the customer's like unwanted objects that are just getting in there way of a social gathering. The manager should be ashamed of himself and Natwest should be ashamed of this branch.

Very poor service. There is only one cashier on & the manager (I assume) is floating around while a queue is forming out of the building into the street.

Lovely members of staff at this branch. Kate was so lovely and helpful, they were amazing from walking in to walking out. Everyone was doing a brilliant job, even in these troubling times.

Always a long queue but the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am thinking about switching from the Halifax as I received very disappointing none service from Halifax today, I was instead helped out by the staff here.

One cashier as usual.

Very helpful manager and Staff. Frustrated customers due to the bank not being able to cope with the volume of traditional banking customers, especially the retailers who need change and deposit their takings. NatWest like all banks are pushing toward cashless and chequeless banking .... just hope this branch will survive

Cues are terrible. Can wait up to 20 mins or 40 to be the next person served!
Only 1 or 2 members of staff are on at a time. At times ive been waiting and the staff behind the counter just talk about general life with customers!!!! Not banking wich is why there there and they have people waiting!!!! This place needs more staff training or new and more staff that can stay on task and not be a disapointment. One of my friends uses the bank, one day she was called to the desk after waiting 15 mins then the member of staff said "please can you just hang on i need to use the loo", ....20 muintes she waited for her!!!!
Rarely see the manager walking round. His solution was to use the machine with no call button if you don't know how to use it. Can't walk away from the machine for help without going in a queue again. Most people would rather see a person than a machine and if you think about it people in the UK NEED JOBS! There are many workers with these skills and more helpfull than a machine. Don't get robots! Get people...STAFF!
Another one of his solutions was online banking wich I'm not comfortable with and elderly people won't do that!
This is the worst Nat West I've walked into in the UK for waiting and staff not focused and on task. There's a lot of lack of management. Don't think the manager knows how to pull his staff into line.
If there is people waiting just recognise that and ONLY TALK ABOUT THE BANKING ENQUIRIES then move on to the next customer and do the same!
It's not a quick pop in the bank there.
Get new STAFF! Get them some training! Learn customer service skills!

Why do they have a queue of 14 people waiting for 2 cashiers, a spare unoccupied teller position and people wandering around doing anything but actually serve customers. I wouldn't mind but it happens all the time. And No! I do not want to use your ruddy machine as it won't take enough notes or give me change.
