Diabolical...ques at regular counter, no recognition or courtesy from the 3 on pharmacy..no wonder people shop lift easy pickings, meanwhile we stand in the que and listen to rude staff ....this place needs self serve then customers don't have to deal with staff...serious issues in this shop, sad as lucky to have Boots

Had a 111 emergency medication referral put through to this pharmacy today as I had run out of an important medication that due to having none was affecting my ability to work properly. Called at around 13:30 to check it was in stock and was told by a lady that she was unsure and to call back after 14:00 as the pharmacist was on his lunch at the time. Fair enough. I waited until 14:10 to call back and tried calling over and over for over an hour and nobody answered the phone. I ran out of time and never got to pick up my emergency medication. Appalling service, does the word emergency mean nothing to you?

I get a prescription every two months boots are supposed to text when it?s ready for collection they have never texted for the past two years when u ring they never answer the phone which is completely useless

Just called to check stock of two items I've been struggling to find in other places and the lady who answered the phone couldn't have been more rude. Talked to me like I was a complete idiot. I continued to be nice, polite and thanked her for her time but honestly, how hard is it to pick up the phone and be pleasant to people!? After browsing the reviews, I can see that this is a common complaint. Get it together Boots Leek Staff - it's a nice town and the sun is shining, if you don't like your job - get a different one.

Wow. What amazing service today. I went in to buy a hair styling product. Found what I was looking for quite quickly. I went to the counter to pay Lovely lady named Jill serving. I asked if I could use my reward points to buy this item. ? of course ?. Was the reply. Then she told me it was on offer multi buy. I rushed over to get another identical item. There weren?t any more on the shelf.So when I returned to the counter. Jill kindly offered to order it in for me. I would still be able to use my reward points and get the multi buy offer. Happy days. Thank you so much Jill. You?re fantastic service helped me so much. ????????????????????????????????

The Scottish person on the Pharmacy needs serious training in customer service. I picked up my repeat prescription on the Monday but one item was not in stock and was told it would be in on the Thursday. I went in on the Friday and the Scottish assistant said it hadn't been ordered by the doctor, I explained to what I was told in the Monday and said it should be in the fridge, she said this item is not kept in the fridge, the pharmacist came and had a word with her and I heard him say yes it is a fridge rated item. She just turned to me and said it has not been order by your doctor so go back to the surgery. I am 81 and have mobility issued, but I walked the half mile to the doctor who told me it had been ordered and gave me a copy to show the pharmacy When I got back to Boots the assistant looked at it and said come back on Tuesday, there was no apology. I went back again on the Tuesday to find that the whole of my prescription 9 items had been repeated instead of the one original item that was missing, again no apology. This week I went for my repeat subscription to find that they had put it up twice, told by the same assistant I would have to take four month supply instead of two months. Again no apology. I worked in customer service all my life and if I had spoken to a customer like this assistant did to me I would have been out of a job

Just popped in for a prescription. Boots was the only pharmacist I visited that had what had been prescribed. A good system where they text to let you know when your prescription is ready.
