Took my freind last week, who wanted to do the biggest haul, over £600 I think she spent.Every member of staff was soo helpful, helping to load it in the Landrover.Absolutely everything you can think of is sold here.Helpful staff ? definitely recommend

Went here to buy some Dulux white. We was on a job in the area. Just got paid by a client in £50 notes. Didn't have anything else except £10. Wouldn't serve me, they checked the notes, used a UV scanner, fake testing pen. Then said we don't tak £50s.Had to go put more petrol in up the road to get change. They had no problem at all with them. Nor did the burger van down the road in cheddleton. For a big super store this is a joke! Staff weren't helpful at all and even let me walk off without one of the notes. Until I realised and went back for it.

Never have I been so embaresed in my life went into leek b&m and I had loads of stuff guy at till needed customer service training as I bought loads of stuff I was paying by cash I gave my granddaughter stuff to take out yo car for me and he's yelling you can't leave store without paying I wSnt going to de cline my money even though I'mfrom scotland I felt discriminated against

Can't go wrong with a B&M! I think they need a self check out tho. Sometimes it's too busy and only one person on a till. I would normally leave then.
