Bibelot is fantastic! I?m in Canada, and I ordered a Roka bag from them online not knowing about the Royal Mail cyberattack. Liz went above and beyond trying to find an affordable shipping alternative to get it to me. The bag arrived just yesterday, carefully wrapped and packaged. I love shopping at small businesses not just because they?re an important part of any community, but also because of the human touch even with virtual transactions. Thank you Liz and Bilelot for making my rucksack dreams come true. I hope to visit your store in real life some day!

Wonderful little shop, very helpful staff, great choice of yarn, fabric, etc, crafters dream! Lovely range of toys and gifts downstairs too. Will hopefully be back soon.

The owner is really helpful, me and my mother came in explaining a craft project that we wanted to complete, and she gave us exactly what we would need to do it, as well as advice. Great service and good deals downstairs. I love your selection of Cath Kidston bags.

Made 2 orders online over the last month, both times all items arrived on time and intact (I ordered mugs in the 2nd order). Excellent customer service and prompt response to emails, also excellent sale on Cath Kidston items. Very friendly service, would definitely recommend ?

Absolutely fabulous shop. A real hidden Gem in leek. Only came across it on line by searching on google for a particular item. I live in leek and not noticed it. Such a shame when it?s a fabulous shop. The prices where excellent. So much cheaper than you would think. Lovely shop. Seems small but it?s definitely not small. More than one level. Fabulous lady to greet you. So helpful, full of smiles. (Even with a mask on). Will definitely be returning soon. Thank you ?

This was my third visit to Bibelots Haberdashery and I am over the moon with my new cottons. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, the prices are very reasonable and the new layout is fantastic. I had a lovely time browsing all the different types of yarn and had a look through the pattern folders too. It was very inspiring and I think I have enough ideas now to last me several years! I got everything I intended to buy. I good choice of wool colours. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shop is beautifully decorated and such lovely things on sale. I love this shop.
