“Natasha is an absolutely fantastic physio pilates tutor. I am currently pregnant with a spinal injury and Natasha's sessions have basically kept me out of hospital as they have worked miracles on my back. I'm only sorry I didn't know about these services earlier - as this has been essential for recovery! Will be using Natasha again once I have recovered from my c-section and really looking forward to the recovery ahead! 5/5 - cannot recommend enough!”
