Today I collected my sons prescription and the lady with glasses gave me a little lecture about I?m late picking it up considering what the item was ( which I?m sorry is non of her business ) and I?ve never had any issues before at this pharmacy

Completely useless! Took my daughter?s prescription across they said they hadn?t got it in but would order it and it would be in after 3 the same day. My partner went to pick it up and there was no record of it, hadn?t been ordered and we had to get a new prescription off the doctor as they?d lost it. Complete waste of time. Avoid

I have used this Pharmacy for a number of years and have always found them very helpful,understandably it can be busy at times and there could be a wait but that happens in most Pharmacy's

This pharmacy in Mount Road, Kidsgrove is absolutely useless - will not be going back. Rarely answer the phone, don't pass on repeat prescription requests to the doctor's, don't understand the word, "urgent", miserable & obnoxious staff & never enough staff serving customers.I've given this pharmacy so many chances over a long period of time to get things right - after all, they're dealing with peoples' lives here - but they are incompetent & incapable. Yesterday, I went to collect my medications which my doctor had indicated as urgent - because the useless staff at this pharmacy hadn't forwarded my repeat prescription request to my doctor from 2 WEEKS ago - & guess what? They'd closed for lunch as they were apparently short staffed.This particular pharmacy is miss-named : there's nothing "well" about it at all. It's an absolute disgrace.I'm done with them. I'm taking my custom to Butt Lane pharmacy from now on - an independent chemist who will hopefully be grateful for the custom, unlike this Well pharmacy. I've only given 1 star because I couldn't proceed otherwise : I would've given no stars if I could.+

This pharmacy is not one for the top of my list .i would give them 1 star even that is to much ..you call them to check on your prescription .no answer .they hang the phone up on you they let it ring and ring ..39 calls i rang on one day they hung up 5 times without uttering a word how the hell do you know if your meds are ready when they dont answer the phone .they dont even send a text to let you know if your meds are ready ..its gone down bank since all the staff left and new took over ..sorry but any one else having same probs

For a business that provides medicine, it's not great that they don't have enough staff to even answer the phone. If you call, the phone cuts off after 40 rings so you'll need to try again... (yes, you read that right!)

The staff seem to be working to get on top of the situation they walked into and wasn't their making. Keep up the good work, you in my opinion are clearly getting things back to how they were.

Suppose to have my prescription delivered. It never turned up. Phoned them asking if it was on its way and got its here but we can't deliver now. Your have wait till Monday.The place has gone down hill since its been took over. I will be changing pharmacists.

I waited 4 hours before I tried to pick up my prescription, told by the nurse it would be ready in one hour. I thought giving the pharmacy an extra three hours would be good enough.A very rude young female pharmacist told me "it's not ready, it'll be an hour". So I tried to explain the above and all I got was "Have you been in before" I answered "no" and she repeated "it's not ready, it'll be an hour".This is the most surly, rudest person I have ever been served by. They often don't have the prescription ready, but she was the worst. I will make sure ALL my prescriptions in the future go to the other Kidsgrove Pharmacy, who have always been very pleasant.

This is probably one of the worst chemists in Stoke on Trent for customer service and satisfaction. Unreliable service and totally unhelpful in all respects. My advice is go to another chemist and give this one a miss. Staff are next to rude and abrupt. I can?t imagine how any doctor?s surgery would advise using them.
