Honestly not good, ordered for delivery on app for specific time, didn't arrive until 25 mins after. Had to warm the food in microwave before eating as was cold. Food was tasteless and source seemed to have been watered down. First and last time I use this takeaway will stick to winghing house...

Another delivery with a new mistake!
When ordering tonight,we requested the food to be at least 63* as the past deliveries have had to be re warmed as not delivered in an insulated bag,just put in delivery drivers car,arrived stone cold.
63* is the legal minimum temperature the any hot food should be delivered!
When dealing with seafood,and rice,they can be deadly!Dont expect to have to air fry the chips upon arrival,as the items are packaged well,so indicated the food has sat around,uninsulated.
Tonight mistake was recieving a portion of king prawn balls with 8 in the bag,checked online and says 10,so rang shop and spoke to a gentleman who said he would send the difference.
Ordered online,went to logout,and noticed that the account had been suspended from placing future orders.
If you had sent the advertised amount you had charged me for,the food was hot,delivery lady was polite.
But,sadly we had already made our minds up not to come back as too many inconsistencies,quality issues and attitude from the shop sealed the deal.
Our advice is check temperature,quality and portion sizes upon reciept,and if not happy,don?t waste your time being loyal,it?s clearly not appreciated.
We have been a customer for over 4 years,but have seen a decline the past 12 months.
Please don?t try and false advertise and rip customers off,as it only benefits yourself and not the customer.
They are who keep you in business.

Always use Oriental Pearl so i'm saddened to have to give it a lower rating. Ordered my food at 5pm, estimated delivery time of ~40 minutes (which has always been accurate or even earlier than expected) but didn't get my food until 6:40pm and then when I opened it up it was partially the wrong order (ordered and paid for extra veggies that were not in the takeaway). Disappointed.

Not good, massively gone down hill. The chips were sloppy, the duck was freezing cold, the hoisin sauce was gloopy. After reading some of the other reviews, I just hope we are not ill from it. Really disappointing and will not be returning.

Orderd last Friday 20th sept 24 and that night/ early hours of the morning 4 of us ended up with food poisoning, 4 days on only just starting to feel well again my 6 year old still not right.. couldn't even get a refund. Must have been something really nasty for how sick we were.. we had egg fried rice, ribs and chicken noodles. I've seen from recent comments I'm not the first either

orderd here got egg fried rice and see weed and sweet and sour chicken ball after an hour eating that I was violently puking and had bad stomach cramps headaches and diareaha and was nausea for 4 days straight I use to order here all the time only got stomach cramps but I draw the line now its way too oily the satay sauce has got 3cm of oil on top and tasted bad and chunky amd so oily I ordered prawn crackers they didn't arrive the fust time but the time I finished eating they just came and I was vomiting and feverish and had bad stool 1/10 it's not good be careful what you order check if it's cooked properly and sometimes it contains msg please be carefull!!!!!!

The food came within 20 mins which is good but was evident that the salt and pepper chips which are expensive anyway were double/triple cooked/ not nice. I called and explained, I also said that we had a chicken foo young not long ago that was that salty my son couldn?t eat it and they said they would reimburse me and I never did. Although they did offer me a free one instead, again never got. Not sure if the rest was actually fresh today on a Tuesday. Would not recommend on a Tuesday. Friday and Saturday very nice but not midweek. And the customer service of asking to pick up said salt and pepper chips so they could make sure they are bad is terrible! ?Have you got over half left? ?yes? ?ok we will pick up and make sure they are not good? ?ok? still waiting for them to pick up bad chips?. Absolute jokers ?? never heard anything like it in my life
