A large Tesco superstore with plenty of parking available. Always well stocked shelves with a great selection of produce available. Friendly staff at the check outs aswell as self service tills also. Onsite Pharmacy in store which is convenient for prescriptions. This store also as a petrol station at this location which is also convenient. Deliveries and pick-ups are available for online orders.

Worst staff of any supermarket in the local area. Extremely unhelpful, very prickly, work shy and generally contemptuous of the customers.

Staff great, always pleasant and helpful. We often buy the 2 dine in meal, usually very good, but had the pork belly tonight, and literally there was no pork at all, it was all fat. A one off but won?t be having it again

Very handy place. Usually in and out, plenty of staffed checkouts and unstained ones. Good selection of products and glutten free range.

Twice we have self scanned at Tesco Kidsgrove twice had a full bag re-scan and accused of bags outside the trolley not scanned then half way through the shop scanner jammed and had to go through the till anyway. Won't be shopping at Tesco again?

Once again I've had stock availability issues at Tesco Kidsgrove. Came for Jason's sourdough (of which there are 3 varieties) all out of stock. I also wanted organic lemons and they were out of stock. Very frustrating as I travel from Alsager. Thankfully the new Sainsbury's store in Alsager opens in February so it's goodbye Tesco.
As a caveat, the staff in Tesco are very friendly and it's always good service with no queues. My only issue is the terrible stock availability.

Visited the store on Monday 7th October, we bought a carton of orange juice with bits in, got home the orange juice top didn't seem right and had been opened plus quite a bit had been drunk from the carton, I felt physically sick.
