I can not fault the service. I went in today to seek advice. Jamil the pharmacist was excellent, polite, respectful. Roll forwards a couple of hours I was at the out of hours GP North Staffs after speaking to a 111 doctor. Started some antibiotics and hopefully on the mend! Thank you

I went in yesterday to get my HRT, asked about the pre payment certificate, given advice and went home to fill out the form on gov.uk page. Couldn't complete it bc I needed a certain type of receipt. Went in today and spoke to the pharmacist Jasil or Jamil, not too sure of correct spelling. Explained that I didn't get the receipt on previous visit bc I forgot. He needed to know when I went in and what I paid, I couldn't remember. Id actually been into the store but couldn't remember what I went in for so came straight out and got diesel while I tried to remember. He could see I was getting a bit distressed at my lack of memory. He was so very nice to me and did everything he could to sort this out for me, eventually through using banking and tracking app we figured out when I went in and what I had paid. He helped me to fill out the form and to get the payment back that I made yesterday and made sure I'd registered for the pre payment before I left. Really can't thank him enough for his help today, I was completely useless. He went above and beyond for me, back dating the form to yesterday to ensure I didn't miss out. Can't praise him enough, just wish I could remember his name properly ??? so huge thanks to Mr Pharmacist ???

The staff make this place was it is, which is a great. Even tonight when the rain water was pouring through the ceiling, the staff had their usually smiles and friendly support. Never had anything less than a positive experience ***** :-)

Today I went into Tesco pharmacy about a personal problem and I was served by Jamil. He was incredibly helpful and even though it was something I was embarrassed about he wasn't judgemental and madee feel comfortable. He gave advice and also ways to deal with my problem and I didn't feel rushed. Overall 5/5 ?
