On 2 occasions of visiting this post office within the store opening times that are stated online and outside the shop it has been closed. On my most recent visit which was 5.35pm Saturday 24th June the store was closed even though the opening times day 6pm. Unreliable business!

There is only one member of staff who is extremely rude and condescending. If there are reviews on here of excellent customer service from that person, it must have been another female member of staff on that day and it was her day off or she was in good mood ? I will use another Post Office thanks even though it?s further away

Have just been to Kidsgrove post office and I am seething. The person behind the counter was so rude and abrasive. I really should have called her out on it but didn?t want to cause a scene. Will find an alternative post office to go to I future

Amy was so helpful when I went in today to send a parcel over to Russia. Even though they were very busy she still took the time to fully explain the process of delivery. I would highly recommend and will use the services again.Many thanks Amy, you certainly gave 100% customer service and took alot of pressure away from me.Regards a very happy customer

Got a card posted through my letterbox for a parcel that was to big saying it needs to be collected from the office or redeliver yet they made NO attempt to even knock on the door to get my attention there?s a parcel at the door. I?ve had poor services from Royal Mail before and I?d recommend anyone else other than Royal Mail.ROYAL MAIL IS A JOKE!

Requested a re delivery - that was suppose to arrive 4 days ago - no parcel and no one at Kidsgrove Post Office ever answers the phone. Shocking service. You need to get better.

Not impressed since the refurbishment, post office in the wrong place would have been better along the far wall. Use another post office for my daily parcels.

Service can be a little slow (even when empty), staff could do with cheering up, not a single smile in the place. The post office isnt very well lit, and very basic in appearance.

They can't seem to distinguish between large letters and small parcels and just send everything through as a parcel, in turn over charging. They make sure not to tell you this at the time though.
