My Mother and Grandmother went to the cafe the other day, where there was a big queue. Being that my Grandmother is 85 and prone to fainting/falling over, we thought it reasonable that she sit down whilst my mother ordered at one of the free 2 seater tables. They were then told by the women on the till that they wouldn?t be served as they weren?t allowed to ?reserve a table? in a busy time, then proceeded to serve the family behind, who had done the exact same thing. When confronted with this fact, the horrible women replied with a shrug. The expectation that an elderly member of the public is to stand and wait in a long queue when they don?t need to is utterly ridiculous. It?s an absolute disgrace and the women should be ashamed of herself, and Tesco should not allow their staff to treat customers this way.

This is the worst Tesco supermarket Ive been to. If u need cash avoid as the cash machine is always out of order. NO CASH IN IT staff in store were slightly rude ( maybe it was one of those days.

Went to Tesco hednesford at 3.30 today to get my son an upgrade on his phone the girl behind the counter was rude and said she hadn?t time to do it. Now my understanding is the shop doesn?t shut until 4 pm on a Sunday. Absolutely disgraceful. Tesco mobile really need to put there staff on customer care course.

I shop here around 3x a month, today I did a large shop? I was stopped at check outs after giving the lady my baby?s milk to take the security tag off I gave her the receipt to prove I had paid for it, she took ages by this time I was waiting like a lemon because she and another member of staff were too busy looking on my receipt to see if I had scanned my 5 bags that were on top of my shopping, obviously she got excited thinking she had caught someone out trying to nick a few poxy bags and didn?t look at my receipt properly. I assured her I definitely paid for them, I even started scanning them again on another check out to just get out of there because again I was stood like a lemon with my kids (one a baby and one disabled). After around 5 minutes she realised they were on the receipt, I get it she was trying to catch people in the act and get a bit of a pat on the back from superiors for 30p.
I will be shopping at another Tesco from now on, not that it makes a difference but to do that in front of a busy store isn?t on when they were already paid for ??

Got rid of the hot food counter chicken rotisserie etc. put a sushi counter in its place 3 people standing behind the counter doing nothing because nobody ever uses it, queues at the checkout because of lack of staff, bad management, this store is getting worse. The cafe has improved excellent staff. The cake counter now only has donuts etc. in packs so if you only want 1 you end up throwing the others away cakes were previously sold individually.

Multiple entrances so don't have to walk too far to enter the very large store! Helpful staff and lots of choices. Access road can get busy as there are other popular stores at the site.

Just been into store a lovely young man called jake observed me struggling literally dragging a bag of cat litter across the floor he stopped me and said could he help ?he very kindly took the cat litter and my basket to till and asked another kind assistant to get me a trolley can't fault them what a lovely team and such a kind polite helpful young man so very grateful .

you can not make your own rules up on the till and say this how it is

Pharmacy is a total waste of time. Found out today 16/10/24 that my prescription has been with them since the 07/10/24 and still no message to say it's ready. Medication is extremely important and a life saver literally, has been calling for over 30 minutes with no answer. Absolutely disgusting

I have reported the pharmacy to the general pharmaceutical company as they are incompetent lazy rude unhelpful and generally ill-trained after using them for 18 months and having vital medication missing from my prescription every single month they blamed doctors or suppliers yet last month I was told by the incompetent that he didn't have my insulin as there was a problem with the suppliers when I pushed this all of a sudden he came out with guess what? My insulin heart medication has been missed out they just give u ur prescription they do not even bother to tell you stuff is missing or give you a note to come back in a few days to collect the missing stuff I have to admit to my detriment I lost my temper and had a full out argument with them when they told me my prescription hadn't come I called the doctors who confirmed it was sent out a week earlier anyway I left was told by a manager that I was no longer welcome in the store they didn't even want to listen to my complaint appalling customer service any way I changed to another pharmacy and guess what? Within the hour my prescription was filled with no missing items use this service at your own risk yesterday an old man in front of me was told they hadn't got his prescription oh dear he said ive not no medication well go to your doctor No advice or help for him disgusting im just glad after 18 months ive found a proper professional pharmacy
