I was next to be served. From then on I stood there for nearly 10 minutes with 3 staff behind the counter. I waited patiently to place my order whilst one member of staff was stood putting sandwiches in the toaster waiting for them to finish and then putting another in. Not once did anyone say ?be with you shortly? etc. no apology for the wait. Could?ve started my sandwich or spoke to me at the very least. I asked if anyone was serving, in which, the lady responded with ?I?ll finish these first if that?s ok??. I just felt the absolute basics of customer service wasn?t met. Didn?t acknowledge me once.

Popped in to grab lunch (I went for the steak and cheese & an apple tango, my fave) & was served by two young smiley women. Food was great & service was even better! I?ll definitely be coming back, thanks subway hednesford!

Visited today and would like to say I was served by to lovely ladys ,very polite and jolly ,food was excellent,will be going back ,very good customer service

Ordered the steak melt service was very polite and quick the staff have a good sense of humour and food was hot and delicious highly recommend

I have just brought two salads turkey both with double meat and grated cheese, the first guy was lovely, when our bowls were passed to Jerome for filling , when I say I could count the lettuce pieces that is no exaggeration, they are the worst salads we've ever had from a subway. He wasn?t interested in doing his job at all. I tipped my salad into my husbands salad to make one. So realistically it cost us over £12 for one salad! Shocking. How you can justify this is beyond me. We use subway a lot, this has to be the worst. Jerome in my opinion needs retraining if not sacking.

Just order two salads on just eat got to be the worst salads from a subway I ever seen the salad in the box did not cover the bottom when I phoned subway to complain they told me that is how they come with no salad in ?? customer service 0 now got to wait for refund

Popped into Subway to get lunch before a trip and chose to eat in. I usually go for a toasted Veggie Delite and no exception here, as there was an excellent choice of salad, all looked fresh and healthy with good portions. Restaurant is spotless - floors and tables clean and tidy, bin easily accessible by the door. There's two larger tables, and one small one that seats two. There's a highchair available for use for young families. Polite and friendly staff too. Would happily visit this branch again.

Absolutely awful food lol ordered to my house on Uber eats they put the wrong salad on my food , the hashbrowns were litterally chewy and cold and the cookies had a date covered over with a date saying that they go out of date after today
