Went here last night straight from work about 10,o clock no one in there ordered 2 buckets around 10 pound each the chap on the counter was nice enough now the food took about 60 seconds to come got home now that chicken what was is those bags must of been in that shop all day was dried up couldn't bite into it the chips were cold well when I say chips I mean the whole 8 what was in the bags ,20 pounds that cost me to go in the bin this is the 3rd time I've been here first time got orders wrong when I got hone, second time it took so long come I left it and had money back so last night finished for me I work hard for my money and expect decent food in return, this place needs a good manager to sort it or shut it down plz

I?m not surprised they have this on show on the front desk? however do not be fooled- I decided to sacrifice my free side or drink to leave bad feedback to warn other people to just drive to another KFC- don?t waste your time here, and I still got a free side even after leaving a ?very dissatisfied? review. Claim those sides! You?ll loose 2 stone waiting for your food!
Waited over 10 minutes to be served at the counter, at no fault of the servers, who was Tayla, the poor girl was rushed off her feet sorting everything and anything by herself, which you could clearly see was overwhelming.
Finally got served and then waited another 10 minutes before questioning where the food was.. after nobody knowing how long it would be I requested a refund, I had two kids over an hour away from home and just didn?t have the time.
Mia the manager then came down and said it would be packed now? to which Tayla asked her if she?d pack it now for us, to which she did, but then they?d ran out of gravy?and if we wanted corn to decide quickly as they were running out of that too, there were three workers behind in the kitchen, at this point we?d be waiting over 20 mins total, another gentleman came in from the car park saying he?d been waiting 40odd minutes from ordering to then being told to park up..
Really feel sorry for the young worker Tayla, she was serving, packing food, making drinks and running food out! Only when several of us starting complaining did other workers including the manager come to help her!
Just save your time, go somewhere else!
I hope Tayla reads this review because girl you?re so clearly under appreciated and over stretched- you could run that place on your own and do a much better job.

Cold stale food half order is missing out of the meal. Bread buns are not as stated in the meal and stale. Didn't even change the meal, quite rude and ignorant. Basically it is the worst place I have been too, food is awful

Had a takeaway from here today we ended up chucking it all away. Wings looked like they had been cooked days before. Burger sauce made me sick tasted stale. Chips wasn't cooked to order.

Unfortunately i can't put 0 stars so 1 star it is.Experience was just awful, service was very slow waited 20 minutes for our order. Ordered from machine and 1 other customer walked in as we was ordering, apart from that there was no one else in.Prioritised the deliveries as about 6 came in and out but we was still waiting for food.Another customer came in in the meantime and they all walked out as they was fed up of waiting to be served and even acknowledged.Absolutely ridiculous! I would understand if it was busy but it was far from. Rice box was ready and sitting there for 10 minutes. Ordered a regular fries and there was barley a handful in the bag.Will not be ordering from this KFC again and will be using the orbital one from now on.Got a 'sorry for the wait' apology but that just felt forced.Disgusting service and awful experience.

Consistently the worst KFC, sadly it is our local and closest but they always miss part of your order, worth driving to the orbital. If you choose to eat-in you'll be ignored for 15 minutes if you want to pay at the desk as they prioritise drive through and Uber drivers. The app doesn't give you the option to complain that part of your order is missing AGAIN you have to call Uber. We ordered the BBQ boneless feast and received nothing BBQ related, no dips or BBQ chicken dips, so we paid £2 extra to the normal dipping box to be short changed. Really really poor and never seems to improve, if they are so consistently bad for our orders, it must be the same for others.

So slow to serve when you order. I have now been I. The drive through 15 mins after ordering, still waiting. On other orders they have been wrong or missing items. Very poor
