Shocking service staff are rude ? not nice all friendly people to talk to I was out tonight getting Xmas shopping with my dad and sister and we gone and got a lot and I meen a lot of stuff and I pick up some bottles of alcohol ? just for a gift ? for my grandad And Grandma ? anyways gone to the till and they lady said o need to show ID but I was with my dadNot good enough I m never going back

It was quite busy and looked like supermarket sweep had just been through. Asked an assistant for some help with a item I was looking for and she looked like a deer frozen in the headlights, completely aghast as to what I was looking for. Not the greatest B&M store I've visited.

Too short staffed, feel for the workers, not enough bodies to deal with tills and suspected thieves on a Saturday afternoon. Other than that the store is ok
