Orders not taken properly. The boy at the counter argues with you when you tell him that the order is incorrect. Really bad customer service. The prices on the front door and windows are different to what they charge you as well which is fake advertising! Awful takeaway!

Got my order wrong and then I called them i was told its my fault and they want my daughter to eat burger with mayonaise which we specificly asked no mayo on the fone when placed order as she is Allergic to it .. I am restaurant manager myself I was told she can eat the same burger as they will not replace or refund.and its my fault i placed the order wrong .what bad service .. bined the burger

Food was terrible when I placed an order for delivery. The southern fried chicken was dry it tasted like it was kept in a warmer for a few hours before sending it off for delivery. Also, the chips tasted nasty but the delivery was on time however, a place like dixy should maintain its services to its high standard but I must say you get what you pay for and quality of food is poor

Really frustrated, caught food poisoning, and really suffered with severe cramps, diarrhoea and sickness, whilst pregnant, really hope the baby is safe ?. Dangerous to eat from there.
