“We left our puppy here for a couple of weeks whilst on holiday. I was nervous but there was no need to have been. Sam loved her stay. She got to socialise with lots of other dogs and most importantly run around big open fields and play.When we got her back she was happy and all of her stuff that we left was returned. There was a slight ‘kennels’ smell but it didn’t bother me. A quick bath at home and she was as fresh as a daisy. I was worried that she would have been bored or maybe unruly when we got her home but not at all.Price was reasonable and have booked in for the next 2 holidays. The staff were very nice and they took Sam in hand and got her right out for a run with other dogs before settling her in.What is important to me as some with an anxiety disorder that all my emails before leaving her where answered with patience and understanding. I emailed half way through my holiday and they one again allayed my worries and told me that she was having a great time.The staff were lovely and knew Sam by name when we arrived to pick her up. Highly recommended.”
