We left our puppy here for a couple of weeks whilst on holiday. I was nervous but there was no need to have been. Sam loved her stay. She got to socialise with lots of other dogs and most importantly run around big open fields and play.When we got her back she was happy and all of her stuff that we left was returned. There was a slight ?kennels? smell but it didn?t bother me. A quick bath at home and she was as fresh as a daisy. I was worried that she would have been bored or maybe unruly when we got her home but not at all.Price was reasonable and have booked in for the next 2 holidays. The staff were very nice and they took Sam in hand and got her right out for a run with other dogs before settling her in.What is important to me as some with an anxiety disorder that all my emails before leaving her where answered with patience and understanding. I emailed half way through my holiday and they one again allayed my worries and told me that she was having a great time.The staff were lovely and knew Sam by name when we arrived to pick her up. Highly recommended.

I feel so relaxed leaving our furbaby here as the staff are great and she always seems really happy to go. It means we can enjoy our holiday and not worry about her care.

Sent my 2 Schnauzers here for a weekend, they absolutely loved it. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are really reasonable. Everywhere is clean and professionally run. Highly recommend

Don't bother even attempting to send your dog here if it's larger than a Labrador.The owner told me that I was not welcome to bring my dogs to the kennels again because one of them barked at potential customers. I personally have never been into a kennels and not seen or heard dogs barking.Trying to insinuate my dog is a risk, when one of the ''young girls that they have to think about their safety'' then tells me after this conversation that she's been cleaning his ears every day. Doesn't exactly sound like he was a risk to them!!!the other dog was banned because he came out in a rash whilst in their care that he has never had before, and for some reason that makes him not allowed to go?genuinely wouldn't recomend this place to anybody unless you have a Spaniel or a dog they deem ''appropriate''.

On first visit the staff were friendly and seemed helpful, quickly showing us round the facilities and discussing pricing. They also offered to drop him back off to us 40 minutes away. It was a slight concern that none of the dogs were interacted with on the tour though and how haphazard the discussion around dates and medications was. Also the amount of times they forgot my dogs gender.Communication was poor as on a few occasions we have tried to contact them and left messages only to be contacted back roughly a week later.Upon collecting the dog he seemed happy and well exercised. The problems came when paying. We were told that as we were dropping him off after 11 and collecting him before 11 this would only be charged as one day, however, we were charged the extra day. We were also quoted the price for a medium dog however they insisted on payment for a large dog (which he certainly isn?t as a 23.5kg staffie). To further matters they had also increased the price since we left resulting in even higher charges.When we tried to discuss these issues we were met with hostility and instead of trying to reach an understanding we were argued with none stop. Definitely won?t be using these kennels again mainly due to extremely poor customer service and communication.Edit:After discussing this experience with other previous customers I have found others have had similar experiences of being charged for a large breed for Staffies. Allegedly his reasoning was that they are unpredictable and antisocial and stopped himself before saying aggressive. This sort of bias is sad to see.Edit 2:Just been to the vets and apparently the vet doesn?t think the medication was given to our dog. I thought it was strange we weren?t given back any of his medication.

Been using Holme from Home for years with our two dogs, they get excited when they get there and love every visit. Our old boy has recently gone blind and he still comes home happy as Larry after a stay. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

This business has erected unauthorised facilities in Sugnall Lane - a dog pen. That means as of 31/03/2021 they have not met Planning approval despite having been built before any Planning approval being issued. Therefore these facilities may not be insured. You are advised to check the insurance provisions provided by this firm and check with your own insurers with reference to the on going case.
