I have only been there 3 or 4 times put Katie but me at ease right away.. as wanting colour cut advice, etc along with two others that are learning there.. I'm deaf, they very were welcoming..Cut colour, making coffees,nothing too much trouble..Thank you Katie & Chloe ..Very Highly recommend.. thanks again Everyone, also for making me feel at ease, talking it through etc. Love Shan xxThey did a great trans formation from the first day.. was so chuffed to bits..

I had yet another great experience at Francesco Eccleshall on Thursday. I had a warm and friendly greeting from Jackie on booking in. Tegan and Chloe cut and coloured my hair under the great supervision of Katie. They are all really friendly but professional and it?s always a lovely relaxed atmosphere when they are there. They always ensure that I?m well stocked with hot chocolate and magazine's!! What a lovely cut and colour too! Thank you Lola and the team - I?ll be back soon!

My partner had a haircut here and was very impressed - wanted to leave a 4 star review.Edit:Given the "it must be false" response to a 4 star review, it seems somewhat questionable that this business has a purely 5 star rating otherwise.From our experience of the business, the staff were friendly and were very welcoming, the receptionist very good with both myself and my 1 year old son as we waited for J to have her hair cut and then walked off to enjoy the cricket.From the experience of leaving an above average 4* review? Well, it's not surprising given it is not a "perfect" 5*, but many things would factor into this, and 5* should be exceptional, not the norm!
