It was ok, not the best experience we have had from here. Food was overcooked so there was no taste and hard to eat, I had the seasame chicken strips but it was like trying to eat cardboard, coating very hard and the small amount of chicken I side had been more or less obliterated, prices have shot up considerably since last here, way over priced for value and quality.
Sorry, for me, it was not worth the cost or the experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really accessible for wheelchairs, tables packed quite close together, I am disabled and struggled at times getting past on my crutches, they also sat us all the way round the other side of the restaurant from the toilets despite putting disabled on the booking and clearly saw I was on crutches, restaurant was not busy enough that table choice was limited and they had to place me as far away as they could get!

We have eaten here lots, sadly this evening was the Worst meal i have ever had here. The menu has changed for the worst, service was terrible, the order was wrong and the place was totally empty. Won't be going back.

My family & I recently visited Fridays Cheadle for my son?s 11th birthday. We were served by Devon Glasgow who also turned out to be the manager. Devon was amazing! He not only took care of us making us feel like his most important customers but also was able to manage our needs and the needs of the entire restaurant at the same time! If Devon couldn?t be there to bring our food he ensured it was brought to our table in a timely manner forgetting none of the separate requests each of us required. Our visit was extra special and we think Devon should get a pay rise!!! ???

When we went, we had the bottomless wings. The food was excellent, and the service was on point.
The second we had finished our first lot of wings, the waitress had the next lot ready.
Good value for money and good service.

Fantastic service over the phone. After having a problem with deliveroo (nothing to do with TGI?s), Peter was really helpful over the phone and very pleasant. When the food arrived it was lovely as always. Thank you!

Laura our waitress was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble she looked after us. The food was amazing, red hot and cooked to perfection Nico the chef did an excellent job, Would highly recommend, best service and food we have ever had from Fridays - Keep up the good work guys, we will definitely be back

Service was excellent, food average and expensive. Can put your car reg inside for free parking. £19 for a burger which really was no better than weather spoons.
