I had a rather pleasant experience in this particular branch, the store owner was kind, welcoming, gracious and very professional.
We had a great conversation and the sub was made to perfection.
I believe all subway stores should train their staff in a manner befitting of the brand, as he's an absolute credit to Subways company ethos and values!

There is nothing wrong with the food or the shop it?s self, it?s more some of the staff. Once I ordered a footlong and asked them in the notes to not mix mine with any spice and they cut my fooling with a knife that was used on something with spice on it and knocked me sick. Just eat refunded me the cash I paid but not the loyalty stamps I earned so lost just over £9. Second time I ordered again and asked for my footlong NOT to be toasted and they toasted it, so all the footlong was spoiled cause it caused the lettuce to be soggy. Just eat wouldn?t refund cause I?d thrown it and they wanted a picture. I phoned up this branch to speak to a manager, there wasn?t one in but the guy said he would get hold of just eat to see what he could do. I got no reply so phoned again to speak to a manager and the girl said yeah il pass you on to them but then replied sorry he ain?t in. I said is he not in cause he doesn?t want to deal with it and she said no he just left, bullshit. Anyways I phone next day only to be told they?d get a manager to ring me but still no manager has rang me since 15/11/24 so no wonder the staff can?t do their job when managers can?t

Ordered via delivery- they added cheese and toasted my subway when i didn't even ask for it to be toasted or have cheese in my sandwich. Worst of all, they managed to warm up the bread and toast it, however the cheese inside was still cold and wasn't even melted ? maybe replace your ovens??

Have subway all the time and after this sandwich I didn't feel well at all. Wasn't busy but seemed a bit chaotic. Has put me off getting a subway again.

Really good , fast and not busy. Good for quick food or food on the go. Overall really good , recommend.

absolutely awful probably the worst subway i?ve had. meatballs had next to zero sauce and tasted really fragrant with something that completely ruined the whole sandwich. very light with filling and staff were not very welcoming also v expensive!!

Good food but I'm sure they don't put as much filling on no more and is so over priced. 6 pounds for a 6inch. Go mcds and get a full meal for less than that. Staff are good but food is a rip off.

Rude staff, ignored us and served someone that walked in after us. On a previous visit the gentleman behind the counter made inappropriate comments based on the company we worked for. I recommend heading to the bakery further down the street, the staff are much better and food much nicer.
