I had a rather pleasant experience in this particular branch, the store owner was kind, welcoming, gracious and very professional.
We had a great conversation and the sub was made to perfection.

There is nothing wrong with the food or the shop it’s self, it’s more some of the staff. Once I ordered a footlong and asked them in the notes to not mix mine with any spice and they cut my fooling with a knife that was used on something with spice on it and knocked me sick.
