The worst Subway ever. They lie and say they don?t have some salads cause they can?t be bothered to get it out. saw one of the staff pick his nose behind the counter, literally walked out at that point. Tried to accuse me of not having any points when I had 600, the nose picker was saying I had zero then said their WiFi is down. So why are you accusing me of lying about my points when you know your WiFi is down? Staff are rude and incompetent. Will never return here as every experience I?ve ever had there has been bad.

Went in asked guy at counter for breakwich he just ignored me carrying on txt ing on is phone totally inappropriate towards customers wasn't interested shouldn't be there and it wasn't clean so glad I didn't eat there now and that guy is an bad for company..avoid this dirty place and Heald green strange

We visited today at lunch time and the place was very busy. The card machine wasnt working for somebody and a backlog began... We were very patient, the lady in front of us ordered 5 sandwiches and the team tried to cope. We were patient and acknowledging of the stress they must be under but now we have gone we have realised they have given us the wrong sandwich. Now one of us is without lunch and there is no way of us going back to the subway. My friend has had to re purchase lunch as she could not eat the sandwich given and the restaurant refusing to refund. Wouldn't be going again.
