The girls at the village Starbucks are a real credit to the company what should have been a quick order of coffee turned into a pleasant transaction you rarely get today. it really brightened my day. Keep up the great service girls. If I unfortunately find myself back in Cheadle hopefully Claire Chloe and Millie will still be there ??

Visited for lunch and was very happy with the service provided by Megan and Claire! Very happy friendly girls and great recommendations. Really enjoyed my food and left happy.
Parking: Great parking for the hotel but free for four hours so plenty of time for grabbing lunch.

Abbie and Bella were so friendly and helpful today! Even though they had run out of an ingredient that meant they couldn't make my drink, they offered other options that were better and really meant we left in a positive mood. Thank you!

We drive to this Starbucks instead of going to the dirty one in Wilmslow. It's always clean, and the staff actually get your order right!

We nipped whilst in the area for a ?good coffee? I did get a good coffee ( a fab flat white) however the service was very slow and waited 10+ minutes for my name to be called for our drinks. That?s ok it was busy and the drive through was busy too. I had no where to be! Now you?re wondering why the 2 stars, well that?s down to the grubby surroundings and the ladies toilets weee absolutely awful. I didn?t report the toilets as they must have known they hadn?t been cleaned that day or atleast not for a few days. I presume staff use the same toilets? The buildup around the taps, floor of grime and dust was very unpleasant. I thought for such a massive company I expected better. The sitting area was also grubby, tables were cleared of used cups etc but not even wiped down for the next customers to use. There was a lot of chocolate cake on the floor under one table, which two staff members looked at but did nothing about. I know they are busy and in a prime location for custom, but it?s disappointing to see, and not expected. I won?t go back next time I travel through as if it?s that grubby in customers sight what?s it like where we can?t see???

Have passed by this Starbucks in the Village hotel a few times - but this was my first actual visit.
Me and my co-worker were served by Lacey and Amanda, who made us a delicious oat milk latte.
Really nice girls who were very welcoming and chatty - and also knew their stuff with regards to Arabica coffee beans!
Will definitely be visiting again.
