Convenient store but there is always something missing or wrong. Sat 6/9 there were no SmartShop scanners at the entrance. Had to go & complain to SmartShop checkout staff & noticed their desks were overflowing scanners. There is a clue there!

A large, spacious store with all the usual features of a large Sainsbury?s. Good clothing and home sections, expensive fresh produce except where price matched, a decent wine section and not too many staff wondering around blocking the aisles to stock shelves or pick out groceries for the stay at home shoppers (but it was the last half hour of opening on a bank holiday weekend Sunday so I can?t assure you that it will be unclogged and navigable when you visit).

Just left after waiting 10 minutes for 3 of us to have help at the self checkout. I had to shout across the store for help. Guy said they don?t have enough staff. Sort it please.

Was lte 40s-50s deep red almost dark brown hair with tinge of deep red in. Horrible horrible woman!
Spoke to me rude and abrasive!
A pink plastic clip heart in her hair !
Sainsburys?, I have read about the staff here on other reviews !
Why not have nice staff ESPECIALLY ON THE TILLS where people struggle with clearly a walking stick in hand with a good amount of shopping. Never asked if needed any help. Just shoved my items (mostly presents for my disabled son!!!) shoved them down the ramp towards me and then waited looking at the person behind me waiting to be served.
Made me feel extremely awkward and uneasy and set off my anxiety!!! Was supposed to be a nice shop for me also as i get very rare moments alone to do anything! THIS was a rare moment !
Wont be going in here again!!!
Disgusting way to treat shoppers. We pay your wages !
In a nice area too, you should be ashamed of yourselves !
