Appalling opening hours, this isn't a service at all. How on earth does anyone get to collect between those stupid hours in the week. I have to somehow fit in a 10 mile round trip to pay a £1.50 shortfall on an item that was posted to me by someone else! I wouldn't mind so much if there were decent opening hours.

Annoyed paid extra for earlier delivery of an item I needed.Ordered Sunday afternoon, on the tracker it arrived to the depot Tuesday. I cannot contact the office and it says closed. It?s now Wednesday PM. When I saw it was Royal Mail delivering this item I wasn?t too chuffed. One thing they are not is reliable ?

I always get someone else?s mail and my mail gets delivered to a town 5 miles away!Never knock when delivering parcels.Thank god for Amazon, Evri and the other delivery services for parcels who deliver on time or a day early

Haven't had post for days and I know there are parcels waiting at the sorting office . What a flipping shambles. Not blaming the posties it's the organisation or lack of it .

Constantly having 'Sorry we missed you cards' because they never bother to knock or even ring the doorbell. They don't use a smidgen of brains to leave the parcel in a safe place and the opening hours being from 8am-10am is a joke! How could they possibly expect anybody to get their mail if they work. Literal reasons why you're better off using another delivery service.

They leave a card to say I gave to pay £2.50 to be able to have my item as not enough postage was paid. There is no reference number and no details of where its from and I have NO idea. So why would I pay online when I don't know what I'm paying for? It would be helpful for Royal Mail to provide details of sender and what type of package ,parcel or letter it is. And it would be helpful too if there was a contact phone number to be able to enquire about this. But even if i could talk to a human being, there is no reference number so would they know what I was enquiring about ?The delivery collection office is 5 miles away but only open with very limited hours. I'm beginning to lose faith in Royal Mail.

I agree about collecting missed parcels, opening times need to be amended to accommodate working people, who are the majority of missed deliveries

Seems crazy to open between 8am-10am if you work how the hell can you pick up a parcel. And numerous times they have failed to deliver to me. Not even attempted delivery even when I?m in. ??
