Brilliant service. We stopped by in a bit of a panic without an appointment or membership and a lovely team member (I think his name was Shan?) came out to us straight away and looked over the car. We were so grateful for the advice and help.

Emergency punctures or tyre replacements not accommodated, had to go elsewhere, Kwikfit, Stockport fell over themselves to assist and I was back on the road in 90 minutes without an appointment.

My car's tyres were all OK and my Mercedes app shown no defect pressure dropping prior before I arrived mot and services. But later I have received a call saying one of my tyre is lacking air pressure. A manager then called me and offer discount for replacement a tyre and which originally £160 and offer me £110. But when I checked on halford web site it actually cost £110??? Scam company, not Happy customer and want to warn everyone in England.

Took my car to halfords as the heat shield had come loose and needed a quote for a new exhaust. As it was a Saturday they advised they were unable to get a price until Monday and they would call me on the Monday with the quote which I was entirely happy with. They also offered me advice in the meantime which was appreciated. At 9.10am on the Monday i receive a text stating my booking for the 21st had been cancelled (they hadn't booked me in, they were providing a price for the work) and I've had no call or further contact which I feel is very poor. I took the car there as it was local to me, not a great experience sadly. If they were unable to help they should have just said so at the time so I could seek an alternative.

Called in without an appointment, they sorted my car out on the spot and because I am a member of the halfords car club I received a discount, I wasn't aware of this fact but the manager made me away. Great service.

Just had a damsel in distress moment outside Halfords in Cheadle where I had been shopping. Came out to a very flat tyre and no means of inflating it. Spoke with a very nice man named Gaz who very kindly reinflated my tyre at no cost. He was very helpful and I can't thank him enough as I was able to return safely to Warrington. Thanks again Gaz.

Took my car in for MOT which I booked last minute on line. Great reception people very helpful. The guy who did my car explained everything to me on my advisories, so lovely and polite aswell. Fantastic service all round, would definately recommend.
